Another tool to add to your recovery regime. As someone that trains twice a day, I look to maximize my recovery between sessions, and this product helps a ton with that. I wish I would have taken recovery more seriously sooner, these are great. For reference, Iām a larger runner, 215 lbs with over 18ā calves, and I almost exclusively run on uneven country roads, so my lower legs take a beating. The compression is about perfect on these sleeves and the gel pack stays cold for quite a while.
